The Ladies Are Meeting-11/18/2024

Dickinson County 100+ Women Who Care, hope to see you at Pine Grove Country Club for our
36th gathering on MONDAY, November 25th If you are not familiar with 100 Plus Women. We
meet quarterly and a $100 donation equals one vote for the organization of your choice. The
$100 can be a team of people or one individual.
As a member, you can nominate to speak on your favorite organization and answer questions
following. Only 3 organizations/members are picked to speak for the group. Five minutes of
information and 5 minutes of questions.
• Registration will be open from 5:00-6:00 p.m. —  The meeting will begin promptly at
6:00.  Individual members will register by last name; team members will check-in under
their captains name.  The bar at Pine Grove will be open from 5:00-5:50 and again after
the meeting. The Club will host a Pizza Buffet ($10 per person) for anyone wishing to eat
after the meeting.
• If you are going to nominate a charity, please verify their 501(c)3 status beforehand.
• Not all team members have email addresses, so please make sure everyone on your
team knows the date and particulars for this next meeting.
• IF YOU ARE A TEAM MEMBER, MAKE SURE YOU ARE PREPARED TO PAY IF NOT
ALL TEAMMATES ARE PRESENT.  GATHER CHECKS FROM ABSENT TEAMMATES
AHEAD OF TIME
Jana Underwood who nominated Camp Molinaire won last meeting, and will present on
how they spent the money at this meeting. Camp Molinaire has been able to do many
needed projects to keep the Camp running, thanks to $16,600 donation from Dickinson
County 100-Plus Women Who Care.
This brings the total donations to $746,000 that 100 Plus Women have given back to our
community.
