The Opportunity:

We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about
learning and eager to embark on a career in advertising sales.
As an Advertising Sales Trainee, you’ll have the unique opportunity to step into an
established client base and gain hands‐on experience in advocating radio and online
advertising solutions to businesses across Northeastern Wisconsin and U.P.

 

Your Role:

In this role, you’ll be trained to:

 Develop a deep understanding of our advertising products, including radio and

digital advertising offerings.

 Connect with potential clients through various communication channels such as

phone, email, and networking events.

 Shadow and learn from experienced team members in presenting marketing

plans to prospective clients.

 Analyze client campaigns’ success metrics and contribute to optimizing local

advertising strategies.

 Build rapport and lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs

and offering tailored advertising solutions.

 

Qualifications:

We’re looking for candidates who possess:

 A strong willingness to learn and grow within a sales‐driven environment.

 Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

 An ambitious attitude and a keen interest in understanding how advertising impacts businesses.

 The ability to adapt quickly and work effectively within a team.
